Build Details & Information
Hello! I am Brother Chris and I have been playing Lost Ark since its western release in February 2022. This is meant to be an introductory guide to quickly get you up to speed for a raid/pve Rage Hammer Destroyer so you can get to landing those MASSIVE perfect swings and hearing that sweet CLINKClass Introduction
Destroyer is the definition of slow and destructive, it has many slow and charge-up skills but they hit incredibly hard and have immense stagger potential. Destroyer also has the perk of being incredibly tanky as most of your abilities give you some sort of damage reduction or shield upon usage, making Destroyer a fairly safe and tanky class while still being able to output the juice.

Rotation
Rage Hammer Destroyer has more of a priority rather than a set rotation, much like all classes in the game. You want to use Jumping Smash before Perfect Swing whenever possible as it is your synergy skill and gives you some increased damage. The goal is to build 3 cores and use a purple skill. Your blue skills build cores and your purple spend them to do increase damage, Heavy Crush generates 1 core while Jumping Smash and Dreadnaught generate 2 so you generally combo them together as 3 cores is the maximum.
To open a boss fight, the rotation would look something like this.
- Jumping Smash
- Heavy Crush
- Seismic Hammer
- Endure Pain
- Perfect Swing
- Dreadnaught
- Heavy Crush
- Full Swing
- Jumping Smash
- Heavy Crush
- Earth Eater
After this it becomes more of a priority system where you just build 3 cores and then use whatever purple skill is available - you can maximize Perfect Swing's damage by making sure you always line up Jumping Smash before it, though I wouldn't suggest holding it if you can rip a big swing. Endure Pain combos nicely with Perfect Swing or Full Swing as these two skills do not give you super armor and you can be knocked out of the animation. Our awakening Big Bang can be used to avoid mechanics or if you have no other skills up as it's damage isn't too huge so it's okay to save it to avoid things.
Engravings
The engraving build I have listed here is what is generally considered the meta build for Rage Hammer. You could drop Barricade for Cursed Doll if you so desire but I don't think it's worth doing personally.
Engraving priority would be something like Rage Hammer > Super Charge > Master Brawler > Grudge > Barricade
Stats
Rage Hammer Destroyer has a bit of flexibility and preference when it comes to stats. I run 1300 crit and full spec while you can also drop 1 spec accessory for swift instead so you have a split that looks something like 1300/550/300 crit/spec/swift, respectively.
Crit: 1300
Specialization:800
Is what I have on my Destroyer, this is with relic accessories and a bracelet and all potions unlocked from horizontal content.
Relic Set
For Rage Hammer the set we are going with is the lovely Earth's Entropy which increases our front attack damage heavily and also boosts our crit rate a bit.
Skills
Destroyer has a couple of niche swap outs you can make if you choose, the one I will list here is probably the most common one and that is swapping Heavy Crush for Power Strike. Power Strike has the added bonus of having Armor Destruction tripod as well which some find easier to manage.
Runes
For runes on destroyer you can pretty much replace any skill's rune with overwhelms if you want to mass stagger something like g4 brel for example. The one rune I would never touch is Galewind (Legendary) on Perfect Swing as you want that to go off as fast as possible due to being sad if it misses or the boss turns its head away from us.
Card Sets
Rage Hammer doesn't really need the crit from Lostwind Cliff so Light of Salvation is our go to, always at 18 awakening or higher.
