Raid/PvE Taijutsu Scrapper : Scrapper Build Guide

Hello! I am Brother Chris and I have been playing Lost Ark since its western release in February 2022. This is meant to be an introductory guide to quickly get you up to speed for a raid/pve Taijutsu Scrapper.

Class Introduction

Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu Scrapper is a very in your face (or back in Tai's case) melee punchy class. Scrapper's identity is spending/building shock energy or spending stamina to deal bigger damage. Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu is the faster paced stamina spending build. We do not build shock or use many shock skills with this engraving.

Cons Back attacker, so can be hard to play Very short range on attacks

Rotation

Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu Scrapper has a pretty simple concept for their rotation. Like almost all classes in the game, you want to apply your damage debuff which in this case is Crushing Smite and then we press our big damage abilities. Your highest damaging abilities for Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu is going to be Iron Cannon Blow and Battering Fists

A rotation for Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu would look something like this

1. Crushing Smite
2. Iron Cannon Blow
3. Battering Fists
4. Dragon Advent
5. Death Rattle
6. Earthquake Chain
7. Charging Blow
   

Basically it just boils down to apply your debuff synergy Crushing Smite and then use your damage abilities, prioritizing the highest damage abilities first. Charging Blow primarily used for movement but it can do OK damage if you're landing back attacks.

Engravings

The engravings in the build are what is considered meta for Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu

Engraving priority would be something like Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu > Ambush Master > Grudge > Adrenaline > Keen Blunt Weapon

The only real swap you can make is Keen Blunt Weapon for Cursed Doll - this is just a cheaper alternative it will produce less damage overall.

Stats

Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu has many different stat builds, but we are going with the tried and true 50/50 crit/swift split. There is a full crit and a full swift build if you'd rather do those, though you would alter quite a few things.

Swiftness: 1050
Crit: 1050

this is with relic accessories and a bracelet and all potions unlocked from horizontal content.

Relic Set

Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu Scrapper ends up with the tried and true Entropy as it is a back attack engraving. Gives us some crit and damage which is very naise.

Tripods

---

For tripods you want to focus on your damage tripods on Dragon Advent Iron Cannon Blow and Battering Fists first, though all your damage skills tripod's are valued fairly highly. Basically, don't neglect your tripods, kids.

Skills

There a couple different swap outs you can do for Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu.

You can drop Crushing Smite for either Fierce Tiger Strike or Judgment as they are all functionally a damage debuff skill.

You can also drop Charging Blow and or Earthquake Chain. Some common replacements are Instant Hit and Continuous Push

Runes

Your flex skill for rune slot is generally Roundup Sweep slap a purify on if you need or overwhelm for stagger.

Card Sets

Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu can utilize Lostwind Cliff decently as a temp until we can get Light of Salvation 18 awakening or higher as it provides the most damage boost.
